for example you can combine 5 ads together ( $4.95 ) to broadcast a single 30 second video

You then want to broadcast that AD multiple times during the month/months ?

Then simply multiply your ad slots by the amount of times u want to broadcast the ad

A 18 second ad is 3 ad slots and you want to broadcast the ad 100 times then it is as easy as:

3 x 100 = 300
or

$2.97 x 100 = $297
